TORS KIT NO IDLE

Hey all, so I installed the tors kit with the screws and I can't get it to idle with the screws I have them in all the way. It just seems like they don't reach the slides... How much do you need to file off. I just filed the new holes from an angle to a flat surface. Do I need to take more off? Also its very hard to start now.. it always started on a 2 or less kicks..

You have to file down more. Don't gotta go crazy do enough so when you turn the screw In it you can see the slide move up aka raise the idle

I can see the screw in the carb when I hold it wide open.. it just dont seem to be hitting slide.

Are your slides in the right way ? And in the right carbs ?

So yea, I had the wrong slides on the wrong sides and backwards i guess.... feeling like a dumba$$ but switch it all around and runs great.. I did file it down some to so the screws went in more works good.

did the same exact thing with mine i was dumbfounded when i first fired it up with the removal kit and it would not idle lol

LOL, I still have to take them apart and file them down more, screws don't hit the slides
