  1. Wow!! The rockhouse trails are great.. We blaze threw them..lol This year was my 10th year going. We stay in a little town called Gilbert @ Fox's atv lodge great place and great guy.. This year we stayed in Mann and it was boring. For some good night life head to Logan!!
  2. Could be crank seal keep an eye on the level .. did u mix gas in tank cause I know the blasters had an oil injector system on them to?
  3. So yea, I had the wrong slides on the wrong sides and backwards i guess.... feeling like a dumba$$ but switch it all around and runs great.. I did file it down some to so the screws went in more works good. .. Thanks for your help guys.
  4. I can see the screw in the carb when I hold it wide open.. it just dont seem to be hitting slide.
  5. Hey all, so I installed the tors kit with the screws and I can't get it to idle with the screws I have them in all the way. It just seems like they don't reach the slides... How much do you need to file off. I just filed the new holes from an angle to a flat surface. Do I need to take more off? Also its very hard to start now.. it always started on a 2 or less kicks..
  6. Carbs are sync as far as I can tell they move at the same time I think its an electric isssue I dont think its gas related.
  7. I was wondering if a coil going bad would make it seem as if one of the plugs is fauled and then it runs great and the not so great only the one cylinder seems to be doing it.. Any way to test it. Also the plug on that side is black. I have both air screws at 1 3/4 turns out 210 main jet and the rest is stock with fresh top end rebuild no boring just new rings n pistons. K&n air filter with stock air box and lid. Stator was also replaced as it was cracked Just seems as the one side don't always fire correctly.. any ideas before i buy a new coil.
  8. could be dirt in the needle seat or floats need adjusted.. also if it sits long periods of time with the new ethanonol gas it actually eats the rubber and seal in the carbs use a Star brite Star Tron Enzyme Fuel Treatment Gas Additive

  10. I think I got it now.. The slides were uneven not by much I re adjusted the the big screws for the idle on my tors and now it seems great.. I will do the real plug chop this weekend I cant open it up to much at my house town cop seems to frown on that... $69.50 to be exact..lol Thanks for everyones help I dont know if its right but seems to pull now all the way threw..
  11. I put in new plugs in road around the road and back never went passed 2 gear. then I pulled plugs the ones in the picture.. never changed pilots just mains.. I know dg arent the best but the guy i got it from had them on never jetted it and I burned up a piston on the right side.. Guy who helped me redo it said it looked like it over heated.. I know before it would get hot and push fluid out of a tube near the gas tank I assume it was the case oil.. what it looked like so that would suggest lean correct? that was after a lot of hill climbs none stop.. though
  12. Park isn't going to work ,.. But the permits are still good my buddyies got them.. I refuse to pay to ride..lol be riding there since I am 12 and I am 34 now... can't bring myself to by it ! Just don't stop for the white jeeps,,lol
  13. Thanks everyone I have stock carbs to my knowledge. With TORS but its all disconected but I didn't get the kit yet to remove the top junk.. It had 200 mains in it DG suggest one size up so I went with 210.. ALso a buddy had some 260 mains laying around I put them in and it didn't want to run and fauled the plugs. Tried some 240 mains and seemed about the same as 260.. I am new to the jetting stuff but I understand it sort of.. Do I need to move the needle at all? Elevation 734 I think ,y zip is 17963 pa usa Has stock air box with a K&N filter that slides in the front of box cone shaped Thanks again Feel like just putting stock pipes on a sayin the heck with it.... lol
  14. So I did a plug test put a new set in this is what it looks like one is blackish the other is brownish.. not sure what this means or what o adjust.. Dg pipes 210 main jet everything else is stock k&n airfilter. left side wich is the blacker side seems to be misising maybe even a slight backfire.   15. I have 260 in now and it don't want to move its almost like fauled plugs Y would I go higher more gas dont seem right.. putting 210 back in and moving the needle see what happens..
  16. That was with the 200's in I dont want to do it again thats why I was hoping for some help here from you all
  17. At low to mid throttle is seems to run good with 210 its only full throttle when it seems almost to break up or like sputter It came with the pipes I burned a piston out thats Y I wanted to jet it plus it don't run like a banshee

I have a banshee with Dg pipes all stock motor K&N air filter with stock box and lid carb had 200 main jets in dg says go up one size I went to 210 runs ok until I get half to full throttle then it sputters n falls on its face.. What size jet you think and do I move the needle to allow more gas in.. I put a set of 260 in that a friend had n it idled great but didn't want to go.. Any chance it could be a reed problem? I didn't look at them yet

  20. I have 92 just re done the top end came with K & N air filter and Dg pipes..on it when I got it. stock jet is 200 any idea what Jet I should use now? It seems to break up about mid to full throttle maybe not break up but just runs out of gas.. Do I go up to 210 or down.. 190? Thanks
  21. Hey all, does anyone know anything about this www.anthraciteadeventures.com .. it seems like it could be a new atv trail riding area. I seen it advertised @ motorama this weekend here in PA. Its located near Shamokin PA... Wondering if its the Treverton area?
  22. I didnt pull anything apart yet. I was hoping to find a tester first. I am pretty sure something is fried on right side. I did pull reeds out of head from carb side of motor couldn't see anything that looked bad.
  23. Its still on carbs but electrical stuff is removed and unplugged
  24. I took reeds out and didn't see anything wrong they looked clean and white with no cracks or brakes I could see.
  25. I replace the plugs still does it. From what I can tell the reeds look fine they are white and not broken. It doesn't have a steady exhaust out right pipe it kinda misses out right side. But when I looked in the carb through air boxes at slides i noticed it was making fire in the right carb. Also I used a zip tie to get it back home in the handle bar part of cable and missed a piece of old cable and when I took it for a test ride the throttle stuck open due to the old junk in it. hasn' t been right since. Thanks for your help I think its the rings myself but I got to get a tester.
