05banshee421 Posted June 26, 2013 Report Posted June 26, 2013 Hey new to the forum, I have a 421 cub, I have toomey t6 pipes on it right now(I had the pipes on it before I put the motor in it) i notice not many people running those pipes on here. Just wondering if it would be worth the money to buy some shearers or CPI? Quote

special06shee Posted June 27, 2013 Report Posted June 27, 2013 I ran trinity pipes on a ported stocker. Then switch to t5's. honesty thought both pipes performed pretty evenly. But on a cub, id either go with shearer or cpi's depending on what your looking for. My old 421 ran damn hard with cpis! Imo if you looking for more of a broader power the cpi's will benefit you more on a 4cub. If your looking for mainly upper rpm power and over rev then shearer small bores. Quote
