Get it started and turn the fuel off. See if it cleans out as the level in the bowls drop. You said the one time you started in immediately after turning the fuel on and it was clean. Leads me to believe the floats are too high.

Deffinetly seems to rev cleaner as it ran out of fuel...float level was 21.50mm should be 19 i adjusted them to 18.6 roughly... i doubt thats going fix the issue but we will see. No other way to test the stator?

If the stator says ricky on it you should already know it is junk. Just wait for it to leave you stranded in the trails. Oem is the way to go. If your stator isnt bad now it will go bad, ricky stators are not known for being good. In fact they are known for quite the opposite.
