Nieskes Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 I run a plastic modquad one with a 16 front. It was kinda a pain to get the chain past, but it wore right in. Quote
zach45 Posted May 28, 2013 Author Report Posted May 28, 2013 I probably won't run a 16. I can fit a 15 tooth... But it's tight... Do you guys think I could let it wear in.. I have a billet case saver Quote
Nieskes Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 Ditch the billet, if your chain brakes it will transfer right into the cases and you will have a good chance that your case will get messed up. Quote
fappy'97 Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 Billet case savers make about as much sense as wrapping a kill switch teather around your wrist. Quote
NYUK Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 cottonbranch racin on fb, makes them big enough to fit a 19 tooth, wraps around the top. check them out. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.108607549245638.10617.100002891815089&type=3 Quote

The OP says he probably won't run a 16, so this one should work just fine. Depending on his rear sprocket, he could always drop it to a 40 if he needs taller gearing. Quote
