clutch pushrod welded. need help please

I'm working on a buddys bike. The clutch actuator on top of the case was stuck so I took the clutch and basket out and the pushrod and ball came out. Where do I go from here? Somebody please tell me I don't have to split the case.

if ya got the rod and ball out no you dont need to split them. get new ones and a pancake bearing and put it back together.

Lol good advice but I mean after I get the actuator out, what then. I can't find any schematics or diagrams on this clutch system. I don't have the manual either. I just need some direction. What am I getting myself into?

If you have 10, 22, and 23 out, you're all set. Buy new parts and put it back together. Be sure to line up one of the arrows on the pressure plate with the dot on the inner hub. Don't break off the pressure plate bolts.

Glad to help. However, you really need to buy a Clymer manual. Although there are places to pirate it online, it's right up there with a leakdown tester, compression tester, flywheel puller, and carb sync tool as far as value.
