If its an aftermarket head pull the plugs to verify that there isn't coolant in the cylinder also. If there isn't, you simply need new copper washers.

Stock head? Swap the gasket.

Loctite on head nuts? I wouldnt suggest that.. Once properly torq'd they should stay put

Why not ? I've had he's bolts back out even after properly torqued. Don't use loc tite if you wanna re torque them ever few hours

What are you talking about?

I've never had to do that. I've never once put any loc tite on my head bolts, also never have had them come lose.

Maybe you need a man to build your quad.

lol bolts tend to vibrate out after time dude, that's why I use the loc tite

NO loc-tite on head bolts! If they are leaky try using a little Permatex "Aviation brown glue" on the threads... It works awesome on leaky threads, i use it on automotive transmissions everytime i rebuild one... (I rebuild at least 20 transmissions per year)
