When its all said and done it will cost you around $250-300 to duplicate this setup.  Tank, rack, filter, lines, hardware, etc.   As far as I know I was the first to do this kind of setup & post pics of it.  Its not cheap, but works well.  Just make sure that you put some shut-off valves or back-flow preventers in the lines or you will over-flow the front or rear tank going up or down hills.  It took quite a bit of re-engineering to get the setup to work perfect.  I was able to get the same or better ride time and distance running alky as the other guys were getting on gas.
