I need help!

I have recently started to rebuild my friend shee. Someone else ripped the entire thing apart, so now I am finding parts laying around and trying to put this thing back together.

I have 2 half moon clips left over. They are like the ones that hold the crank bearing and tranny bearings in the case, but they are a little bit smaller than the crank clip.

 

I have looked everywhere to find out where these things came from! Can anyone please help? I am very desperate!

There's 1 small one in the transmission. It's quite a bit smaller than the crank and other tranny one. It's number 18 in this pic.

They are for your transmission bearings.

Theres a pic of them. They are definetly not from the crank or transmission, I have all 3 of those already. Its smaller than the crank and big tranny one, and bigger than the small tranny one.

Then where do they go? I already have one on the end of the crank, one on the end of the counter shaft, and one on the end of the main shaft.

Maybe some previous owner doubled up. My motor was put together that way.

You only need 1 in each position you listed, if the previous owner doubled up on them, chuck them in the trash.
