Banshee Climber Posted July 17, 2012 Report Posted July 17, 2012 I had Cameron at Redline build me a 350cc banshee to hillclimb in the 421cc class at Nationals and in the 350cc class at the few climbs that have the class this year. Also just for messing around. I just got it together and climbed it this weekend, i won the 350cc class and was leading the open class after the first run beating 10mm dm , 10mm cheetah dm, and many other larger motors. Then tyler ended up pulling a faster time on his 10mm hybrid in the open class. Anyways fast running motor with no problems and can compete with the big motors. dyno showed about 80hp and cant remember the torque but i asked cam for a copy of the dyno and will get that up here. wouldnt have motor done by anyone else. fast turn around time and always done right. also always answers phones for any technical info needed. locogato11283 Posted July 17, 2012 Report Posted July 17, 2012 I can vouch for this motor. It is a strong runner for sure. It definitely impressed me. That fucking 10DM that Cameron built him too also ran hard. Put a whooping on me Sunday in the Open class. I ran a 9.6 with a pretty clean run and got beat by a 9.3. Still scratching my head. Quote

locogato11283 Posted July 18, 2012 Report Posted July 18, 2012 Just to be clear, this motor is actually a 370. Stock stroke with .080" overbore. Quote
Redline Racing Posted July 18, 2012 Report Posted July 18, 2012 Motor is dune ported, custom domes, billet timing plate , v-3 reeds, 35pwk carbs, CPI pipes. Motor is on race gas. Tyler is correct we bored mtr .080 over. Quote
BUILDER Posted July 18, 2012 Report Posted July 18, 2012 That looks like a fun bike to ride. That dyno curve is really smooth. Redline is the only place to go if you have any desire to really haul ass!!!!!!!! Quote
Banshee Climber Posted July 18, 2012 Author Report Posted July 18, 2012 The timing system probably screwed up lol I was told i would be the one making excuses for losing... and ya motor is bored .080 over but still legal for the 350cc class. Both motors run strong and havent had any problems yet. Quote
