locogato11283 Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 Run the line that goes to the overflow straight to the ground. Throw the coolant bottle in the trash. Done. Quote

9 AXLE Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 If your jetting is right you dont need a overflow. correct me if im wrong Quote
BrockMoto Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 If your jetting is right you dont need a overflow. correct me if im wrong Having your jetting dead on will keep your temperatures down, which does away with overflow, but even if your jetting is perfect, a long day in the sand at 95 degrees on a stock cooling system... right jetting or not shee's getting hot I do not use a coolant bottle, only issue is make sure you run the line away from your hands/ legs and exhaust Quote

So if it starts pissing I'll smell it or see the steam. If it goes out the back or to the ground there might be a chance I won't catch it till it's to late. Quote
BrockMoto Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 I just dislike the smell but good idea, I saw a pic on here earlier where a guy ran it up the bars out the side of his hand guards so he could see it squirting Quote
