As I have stated before, a spark arrestor is required on ALL federal land. BUT, it is usually not enforced in sand dunes as there is nothing to burn. These were the first dunes I got to ride we went from there back to juniper to split up the drive home and was a disappointment that was st anthonys is crazy ..
