I just decided to upgrade from the LSR to the JJ&A on my Banshee. I thought I'd do a weight comparison between the two. This is the axles, carriers, sprocket hub, brake hub and wheel hubs.

i weighed the difference from when i went from a stock axle setup to my fireball (jj&a) setup. can't remember the weight, but i remember it was huge.

I knew the LSR was heavier, but I didn't know to the tune of almost 10 pounds! That's a TON of rotating mass. I'm fucking pumped!

Damm bro 10lb difference is insane!!

I know. I was shocked. I thought a few pounds, but not 10.

Just wondering, is the j&j axle all aliumium? This could explain the 10lbs difference.

Yes, it's all aluminum. Very nice stuff.

No idea. It has to be quite a bit too. Probably comparable to the LSR setup.
