Hey guys....quick question. I have stock headlights on my Shee....and they are pretty dim. Anyone know if I can replace them with H1 or H3 (55w) bulbs without burning up the stator or regulator? Has anyone done this already?

Thanks again!

I just put some 35w bulbs on and they are dim unless y

ou run only one bulb. The box says 75w on it as well so I'm thinking that may be to much.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with I have a 87 and the bulbs are for a newer machine.

Below is the link to the bulbs I got

ALL Banshees take the same light bulbs in the headlights! All years have the same output stators stock. You should be able to run 2 35 watt bulbs no problem, if the box says 75w on it then I think you have 2 75 watt bulbs, not 2 35 watt bulbs.

On the Ebay add it stated that they were 35W but on the packaging it says 35/35W up 75/75w, the bulb it self just says 12v 35/35w so I'm a little confused

The 75w rating is the comparable halogen light output. Meaning, it's a 35w xenon bulb equivalent to a 75w halogen bulb. It only draws 35w. You got the right ones.
