OK so I was riding last weekend on a long set of whoops down the train tracks when I stopped to let the other guys catch up, I noticed coolant leaking out the overflow onto the right pipe. Shut the bike off to check it out. Everything looked ok , bike didn't feel hot and there was about a 1/4" of coolant in the over flow. we whent to a small sand pit to race. Did 2 passes with my buddies. Smoked them both. LOL Bike got very hot feeling, but never leaked any more coolant, road the rest of the day 40 miles total. Today I went out to do some maintenance and noticed there was no coolant in the overflow. I pulled the plugs and they where wet looking and had a red or orange looking color. Also piston tops are solid black.

My setup

FAST dune/play port

NOSS Head 20cc

+4 timing

stock carbs -tors

360

27.5 out 1.5

Dyno jet needle 4th from top

You're not burning coolant if it's pushing out the overflow. It sounds to me like your bike is getting hot. Judging by your plugs, it sounds like you're way too rich. Being really rich can cause a bike to overheat. A 360 main is huge. I would drop to a 330 and a new set of plugs and do some wide open throttle plug checks.

If you fill your radiator all the way up to the top,it will push some out,at least from my experience. I would start it up with the cap off and rev it real good. If you have an engine leak like a head gasket coolant will spray out sometimes,It should move and slosh around, but not spray out hard

360 is what Jeff @ fast had me start at. Re-jetted today installed 340s. Didn't get to ride it.

The plugs had tiny drops of water. thinking its just some condensation.

If you can see drops of water on the plugs, the head is leaking water (both in and out by your description). Check tq of head nuts. If ok, then replace the dome orings/head gasket.
