I just installed a R6 shock with a red spring, vertical reservoir. Lowered it 8 inches with a 8 over swinger. Had to make some bushings for the bottom bolt/link. sstaton1983 Posted February 7, 2012 Report Share Posted February 7, 2012 i used a r1 with horizontal ressi.on a +6.it lowered it about 3 inches.i had to modify the lower bushings and had to move my rear master cylinder a little to get the ressi to clear.
