what the heck?

hey guys just installed my pro circuit pipes and put 290 mains and a 27.5 pilot in at 400 ft elevation and pro design air filter with snorkel removed and after i put it back together and everything when i push the throttle and it gets stuck and has no tension to pull it back. i tightened the cable and it still does the same thing anyone know a solution?

my guess is you missed the key inside the carbs that the slides ride up and down on, holding them up. try taking the tops off and twisting the slides till they drop all the way down

Overtightening the caps will also cause the throttle to stick sometimes

Or the needle didn't drop into tube.
