Clutch plates cleaning

I was taking apart my clutch and I was wondering what do you use to dip them in to clean. I know once there clean, I need to soak them in tranny fluid for a day. But i don't know of a cleaning solution. Thanks. Adam

Clean them with a rag and whatever fluid you are gunna run them with. Just dab some on the rag and wipe them off... Careful not to bend them.

You can take the steels and rough them up a little. It will given an old clutch a little renewed bite.
