seabass Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 Looking to sell some Mair plastics. Before I list them, how the heck did you package them? I have rear, radiator, gas tank and possibly fronts. I imagine I'd need a rather large box or can you shrink wrap them? Is UPS the best way to go? If you remember, the average cost for shipping? Trying to figure out what to ask for them shipped. Any info would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance. Quote
jon321 Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 (edited) Yeah, try to find a box that a LCD tv was in like one that was made for a 42 inch , i got a tv box at a furniture store that was going to be thrown out, it worked out prettty good for transporting plastics when i sold mine. Greyhound is really good for delivering packages at a fair price.http://www.shipgreyhound.com/ Edited April 27, 2011 by jon321 Quote

locogato11283 Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 I would also sell them locally. The shipping is outrageous. Quote
sangheraent Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 i sold some plastics about a year or so ago. I just shrink wrapped them like crazy and shipping was about $35. I wrapped each piece individually then I wrapped them all in 1 piece, my fronts were cut so they fit together very nicely. Quote
