WON'T START

Recommended Posts

I just finished new top end and got done with break in by the book. Started to install +4 timing couldn't get nut loose with strap wrench and ratchet so I decided to repack silencers. I got done with that and wanted to start it to hear and it wouldn't start. I did turn the fly wheel backwards once would that hurt anything? I pulled the plugs after kick for ever and there is raw fuel on them. What could it be?
