  1. Can you sync carbs with tool while choke is on. I ask this because I just got done with full rebuild and it won't idle with choke off. So I haven't even been able to do proper break in. I wanted to sync carbs first then do break in but right side carb is at 1.5 and left is at 6, is that because I'm trying to sync with choke on.
  2. You might be on to something there one side I didn't get get a warm a fuzzy about being filed down flat. I have the motion pro
  3. I forgot to mention it does get vacuum when I do throttle up a little

  5. I'll go try it but I even put a very thin layer of permatex on both sides
  6. I just checked the tube going to the other carb it's not cracked. The choke mid way out is trying to go in by its self
  7. Just did full rebuild and added tors removal. Started to sync carbs at idle with sync tool and left side is at 6 and right side is at 1.5. I've replaced reed pedals also. I need help I'm really getting aggravated

  10. I just rebuilt top end had bored and everything, did proper break in went riding cam back check plugs the looked oil soak. Now could this be from doing alot of idling or do I have a right side crank seal leaking?

  13. I found what it was, this needs to go under the I F**k this up section. I used a screw driver along with the strap and the screw driver poked a nice size gash in the stator.Yeehaa
  14. just pulled plugs and kicked no spark.

  16. I just finished new top end and got done with break in by the book. Started to install +4 timing couldn't get nut loose with strap wrench and ratchet so I decided to repack silencers. I got done with that and wanted to start it to hear and it wouldn't start. I did turn the fly wheel backwards once would that hurt anything? I pulled the plugs after kick for ever and there is raw fuel on them. What could it be?
  17. Im replacing water pump this weekend. I forgot the case gasket do you really need to replace it?
  18. So I'm going to be ordering a new water pump from Fast and when I took off the water pump cover It had a wear groove in it.I was wondering what could cause this?
  19. I just got my juggs back from Fast and I want to put it back together but I dont have new wristpin bearings. Do you have to replace them every time you replace pistons?
  20. if the top end loses compression will it change your plug color?Or is there a differnt issue,such as crank seal.My plugs are black and wet but I know I need a top end because theres only 68psi.

  24. I've been having a hard time starting so I check comp. 68 psi.I know thats bad so I just pulled juggs off and cylinders dont look bad minor scratches but not bad. My plugs are black as can be and wet. Look at what I have before you say I'm jetted to rich.I just need help.
