I have said i would ship them back, i also said I don't have all the crap they sent me, why because it was all crap and i didn't see a reason to keep junk laying around. I tossed it out before I knew the carbs were junk. If they want me to ship what I have left back and give me my money back that's fine with me.Ive said that before. Phelps Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 if this was a court room, you sir would be fucked. it's my whole reasoning for backing the other guy ( besides you taking stabs a his wife) you haven't linked the ebay transaction you haven't filed a "item received not as described" through ebay you showed cracked boots (which anyone could) you showed missing mains (which you was told were not included) you won't show pic's of the reeds (you say you threw them away) big mistake your being immature about the whole situation and to top it all off i even offered to send you the parts for free and i am not even the one that sold you the carbs, yet you find it necessary to make cheese dick pic's (motivational posters). way to show your maturity lvl during a sour deal. a judge would bury your ass in 5 minutes. they sold you a set of carbs "as is" through ebay and i bet you didn't ask the seller one single question about them before you made the purchase.
