midlifecrisis Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 Yeah X2, If youve removed the TORS from your bike, then youve removed the idle screws. There is a kit youre supposed to install to have your bike idle right, you have to drill and tap the side of each carb body. bansheedude55 Posted January 9, 2011 Author Report Posted January 9, 2011 listen guys i have the tor removal kit and the idle skrews. but it still wouldnt idle, Quote
Jaystre Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 maybe you will have to file off some more materiel where the idle screw sits on the carb. When i installed mine i had to file it down a bit to get the right adjustement ... but not tou much. Quote
locogato11283 Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 Why do you think that race bikes don't idle? My bike is a race only bike and it will idle all day long. Get the idle set on your bike and you will be a lot happier. Quote
