Your thread is abit tricky to read...

But i know that 99.9% of people here are not going to recomend porting your own cylinders... theres alot more to it then die grinding stuff off...

x2 haha

There is ALOT more to know about porting than just grinding shit up.... I wouldn't recommend looking at pictures then trying to port. Dont get me wrong there are people on here who port themselves, but there is alot to it.

Send your cylinders to Wildcard and have them ported correctly. But thats just IMHO.

http://www.blasterforum.com/engine-13/cylinder-porting-diy-25773/ General Basics of porting, even though it shows a Blaster cyl., its basically the same. The trick is HOW MUCH to raise port roofs. Because of languge differences , do I understand you correctly that your cylinders can NOT be bored out any more? If that is the case , a clean up certainly will not hurt. A lot of information to read AND understand before you go crazy with a grinder. Also, just wondering, are you typing in English , or are you using an Arabic / English translation program? Hope this helps , post back if you have more questions.

The best suggestion I have for you is dont do it. Send them to someone that knows what they are doing. I would send them to Jeff @ FAST.

Have to realize he is in Saudia Arabia , might be big challenge ($$$) on ship, import/export BS. banghead . Clean-up porting will not hurt. I have seen U-tube of some bad ass Banshees dragging in Middle East (maybe S.A.) Another thing to cosider is that he is already on his last bore (66.5) so he does not have a whole lot to loose. 9090, do you have any other modifications on it ? Pipes ,carbs, timing? Might also do those for HP increase. Also saw you have 4mil stroke ,do you have 2mm spacers under cyls , 2mm head gasket , rechambered head , or coolhead with stroker domes?

Sorry didn't notice that, but with that little bit of info my opinion would be to buy some cylinders already set up and ship only once. Since he's on his last bore it definitely couldn't hurt to much though. I'm just one to do it once and do it right, just remember you can spend a dollar trying to save a quarter. That's equipment expense as far as Dremel or die grinder and all the attachments needed along with gaskets not counting all the down time and if you fuck them up your going to have to buy new ones and have them shipped anyway. I'm sure he could find a good deal on a complete setup. Bolt it on and be done and I'm sure shipping would suck but that's just the way it is.

the vertx piston witch i installed not required 2mm spacers under cyls , 2mm head gasket is exising and coolhead with stroker domes cut 2mm.

Honestly no they wont a T-6 Is made for a stock bike, once you start putting a lot of mods on the T-6s will choke the bike out. T-5s would be a better choice for what you have. Do you have stock carbs on there? 280 mains seem awfully small for a 4mil bike to me.
