banshee help plz!

i have a 89 banshee just went through the whole motor new seals o4 tranny hot rods stock crank vitos power pistons toomey t3 pipes k& n filterbored.60 over jetted perfect golden colo(300 main 30 pilot stock needle) and i did 4 heat cycles then on the 5th i rode it and i got on the throttle randomly then i rode it normally and it ran just fine then out of nowhere i go to start it it dont start so then i push start it and it fires up i let it warm up and took it for a ride and i cant give it past 1/4 throttle or it sputter and cuts in and out but still has alot of bottom end power so i did a comp test 138 in both cylinders all my wires are good my flywheel is clean stator is new pickup coil is .18th of an inch from the flywheel so i dont no what the problem could be and i dont feel like taking it to a deal and pay 100 bucks for somthing obvious. can somone plz help me??????

stock carbs? do they still have the TORS on them?

check the balance pipe is still between the carbs or its not suckin air in around the reeds or boots?

no Tors with stock carbs the tube on the intake boots are fine is fine it has brand new reeds i cleaned the carbs tried the cdi its fine stator is fine all the grounds are where there arsupposed to be so i cant picture what the problem could be
