hey guys i just finished rebuilding my bike and when its idling for a minute and then i go to push the throtle it stalls ? but when i flick the throttle a few time real quick it will pick up again? mods are fmf sst, single 39mm carb, rad valves, cool head with 20cc domes, mild port , vito pistions 60 tho, ajustable timing plate on +3, and im at see level, 225 main jet needle on top clip and not sure about pilot jet . any help would be great , top end power is awesome just bottom and mid is crap

because ive got the single carb and love it and dont really want to start pushing 2 carbs again. any way i could just go bigger on the carb?

hey guys need to know what size jets i need for a 38mm single carb? i have standard stroke ported jugs,fmf sst,rad valves,k&n straight off carb, im at sea level. thank a few sugestions would be great cheers

HEY GUYS I HAVE JUST ORDERED ONE OF THESE KITS SO ILL BE SURE TO LET YOUS KNOW HOW IT GO'S. AT THE MOMENT IN RUNNING STOCK BARRELS WITH A PORT,RAD VALVES,FMF SST, STOCK CARBS WITH K&N NO LID. IM HOPING THESE GO OK BUT ILL BE KEEPING MY OLD BARRELS JUST INCASE.

just got the single carb so stuck with it for a while. so the shearer in frame pipes are no good for me? and do you know any good places in perth to get a port job? cheers

or will i be better off running fmf fatty or sst? or something like that?

check the balance pipe is still between the carbs or its not suckin air in around the reeds or boots?

hey guys i just got a 421 big bore and put 34mm carbs and running 150 main but it has no bottom end??? runnig fmf fatty k&n strait off carbs. i have to keep clutching it to get it into band then it flys. any help would be great thanks

yeah it sounds like its the left side at idle cause when i rev it and let it come back down to idle the left side carb really sounds like its sucking air big time. ive hade some problems with gaer oil getting in too but ive pulled it apart 4 times now cause thats what i thought it was all along.changed all seals but still the same. tried 320 mains go's good but still does same thing, its good when i get it past the idle stage.

yeah guys i do this to run the feul out of my carbs so feul doesnt sit it there for a long time thats the reason. when i use to race all the guys did it but now i thinkn its not to good.but thats not the only problem bike wont idle unless i ckrank the idle up. got no gutts down low and keeps fouling plugs.

my bikes keeps going through plugs after about a days ride? im running fmf fattys k&n filter rad valves ported jugs ajustable timig plate with 340 main and 27.5 pilot jets. any help wopuld be great. oh and they are black as.

yeah changed both halfs and i always turned my fuel off and it used to just die but since i put the new cases on its been stuffed. been told that its reving up because when it runs out of fuel it starts running on the gear oil? would the adjustable timing plate make it rev up?

hey guys hope you can help? when i turn my fuel off my bike revs off its tits instead of stalling. ive had the motor apart 4 times now and replaced all seals and tried 3 diff types of gasket stuff but nothing seems to work. any ideas of what else it could be? i also put a rz350 case on it cause i smashed mine. any help would be great thanks.
