both look stamped to me, opposed to coned pipes which you would see welds every 2 inches or so. stamped pipes are welded to eachother to form the pipe then header is cut for fitment on the bike

lol ur talking about the cpi racing logo... i dont know what the differences are on those but they are both stamped pipes, so people dont keep telling you that they're both stamped make it known that your talking about the logo that one pipe has and another doesnt.

if i am not mistaken the stinger tube is what makes it big bore or small bore. are the diameters of the stinger tubes different?

Measure the pipe behind the flange, where it goes on the cylinder. The pipe on a big bore is bigger. Some big bore and small bore pipes use the same stinger. Let us know what they measure at the stingers and right behind the flanges.

the stinger on one has been replaced so that measurement wont be right, but i can measure behind the flange

Do you have a picture of the pipe and flange?

small bore cpi has long tubes before the chamber. usually the big's are closer to the flange and have a larger section right out of the exhaust most big bores are the same size of the flange and smalls have a neck down at that point those look like small bore pipes to me..
