ok so im ready for my first start on a fresh top and bottom end but i want some input on jetting so i dont blow the thing up im running stock carbs with tors removed stock stroke 65.5mm bore stock airbox with k&n no lid riding elevation varies from 200ft to 800ft above sea level riding temps are 70 to 85 right now im at 30 pilots and 300 mains

 

any help is appriciated

Do a leak down test before starting to check for airlecks or you will be rebuilding again.

300 sounds rich. id say around 240 - 260 and 27.5 on the pilots.
