Well im getting much much closer to finding my banshee. Im getting excited but i dont have it back yet, and not sure what kind of condition it will be in. I have talked to so many people, and now his friends are starting to rat him out. It turns out he is some big crack head, actually from what ive found out the whole family is crack heads. his sister went to juvenile prison for sucking dick for crack. lol Anyways. i just need to know where this homeless dirtball is keeping my bike. If i get my bike back and the kid was riding it, i expect to have to replace the top end, because he stole my gas jug that didnt have any oil mixed in it , and the last time i rode it i was leaning towards having to replace the crank. I know these crack heads will sell anything no matter the condition just so they have that dollar to feed their addiction, but i am going to keep my head up. Thanks guys.

what about using a heat gun instead?

ive been through 2 sets of carbs and both sets had the keeper covering the hole. no issues with it being that way.

you could always do something tricky like unplug the spark plugs if your worried about someone stealing it, or even do the coil wires. a lot less noticeable. but if your dead set on a key go for it.

okay here is the new update. just ran some tests with the multimeter. ignition coil- 18.5 ohms pickup coil- 119.2 ohms light coil- .30 ohms <-- i know doesnt affect how its running but tested it anyways ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AKHEATHEN- "if the wires melted and shorted on the stinger, they are probably a bit too cooked. are they black inside? also, could've done damage to the cdi, or stator." i really didnt strip the wires to look. only 2 were melted so i individually wrapped all of the wires around the burnt area with electrical tape. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ DiSkOe*1- "its the wires... if u get same shit on ur buds parts... i do wire work...ask around...do it in tha sand or my house... lol.... so if u like hit me up..." how much do you charge for a harness. minus the key switch, parking switch, tors, throttle sensor?
