As good as these guys advice is remember that every setup is different and different problems happen to every bike. Consider what it would cost to buy new jugs now, and how much it would cost to buy new jugs on top of any other damages you may do IF it does come loose or melts. Not saying you shouldn't do it it could be an easy fix, but keep that in mind.

well my teach welded it from both sides then i took my dremel and evened everything out , inside looks great the out side got a big booger or aluminum weld im gunna go over it with some silocone and do a leakdown and see what happens , it ran for 2 years with jus the silicone before i found it so hopfully the weld and silicone togather will hold tight ,prob not the best fix but if it does burn up ill guess that will be an excuse to tell the girl that i got to rebuild and go to 4 mill :D thanks

 im not sure but i think some guys fillin that whole area with weld then smooth it out. but if you dont want to get that crazy a tack weld will do the trick.maybe bring it to the builder and be like wtf
