That size of piston is 100 over do they make that in a 795 series piston? I am not sure. You need a 795 series for the long rod crank. Why are you boring your cylinders over that far? You should bore them just enough to clean up the cylinders. Don't bore them that big to try to gain CCs. If you bore them that big you could also have overheating issues. I thought the 795s came in .080 over max which is 66mm but not sure on that without special ordering them.

Thank you My dears about the information , but when I m ordering my 4mil long rod the hot rod company give options of pistons as follow

379cc 64.5mm bore

385cc 65mm bore

391cc 65.5mm bore

397cc 66mm bore

403cc 66.5mm bore

and they asked me to choice one or that, I thought the best bore is 66.5mm because it will give 403cc and the hot rod company did not mentioned about the over heating any things ,right now I run cool head with domes 22cc ,290 man jet stock carb. do you think it will overheat if I go for 403cc 66.5mm pistons with 4mil stroke if so what is the good one and pleas note that I m in Saudi Arabia Riyadh city

maximum Wither temperature in summer 56 centigrade and the minimum is 23

maximum Wither temperature in winter 26 centigrade and the minimum is 12

thanks

dont go the biggest piston. There is not much to gain with going that way. Just get the next size up from what you have now and then you will have more sizes for later down the road when you need to freshen up your engine.
