swing arm length for a 421 cub?

I going to be putting a 421 cub motor in a banshee with a +6 swing arm. Is the swing arm long enough for this motor?

I'm going to be drag racing this thing on asphalt. Thanks.

i'm gonna say yes but i guess you'll just have to test it and decide for yourself

I have a friend that rides a 421 cub on sand, and with a +8 arm he can still pull the front end up dragging up Sand Mountain UT. He has to try to get it up, but it would come up just about with out fail with a +6 arm. This is on sand, so your mileage may vary.

For asphault yes. I run a +4 and have no issues keeping the front end down

+8 on my 421 but thats in sand....anything smaller than that I cant keep the front down

im saying +6. its all gonna depend on your gearing and how you get off the line, but id say youre gonna hook pretty well and i think with a +4 its gonna be hard to keep the front down.
