ECshee
Just like the topic says. I lost my connection for deer jerky! It was a dude that i had met on vacation in the outerbanks, who was originally from...vermont maybe? He sent me back home with a pound of homemade deer jerky. and it lasted me the whole trip and then some. If you make it, and think YOURS is the best. let me know. I have ProTaper SE 7/8's bars for trade. Random parts and whatnot or just cash. Please post what you have, with a pic. The most intoxicatingly delicious looking jerky will be the one i go with. Thanks! Edited January 28, 2010 by ECshee

Bansh-eman
There is a place out here called Prasek's south of Houston in a small town called El Campo. They make AWESOME jerky! It's like 20 something bucks for a pound, but the stuff is crazy good! They smoke everything so it still had some tenderness to it and doesnt get all dried out. I wish I could make jerky as good as they do! I just looked at thier site. Most jerkys are 25 bucks a lbs, but the venison and bison are 35!!!
