While it's not a quad race by any means, here is a shot of my self and team/driver in the winners circle after winning a once a year 5k to win sprint car race at ventura raceway, ca.

Some how I managed to keep my shirt clean all night, a hard feat to say the least....

good job guys and a pimpin shirt!!!! I heard danny flipped a couple of times pretty good...........

Thanks and yeah danny did flip hard, looked like some thing broke in the rear end when he set the car into 3, then esponoza ran into him after the car landed. Thankfully he got out ok. Car looked junked tho.

It was a night of carnage and heart break for allot of drivers.

check out the videos of the main here:

looks like a pretty small track. What is the length?

What size motors you guys run? My brother used to race 600cc Midgets several years ago.

Ventura is 1/5 mile track that can be very racy.

At ventura we run a 360ci class motor which is; cast iron chevy based 350 blocks w/alum heads, mechanical hilborn or kinsler style fuel injection, ASCS restricted gasket between the head the intake manifold, sucking down methanol, and putting out somewhere between 620 and 650 horsepower to the wheels with a direct drive setup (no transmission, clutch etc... your either in gear or not).

We also run with USAC/CRA which runs a 410ci all aluminum block/head (Chevy, Mopar, or Ford) combination putting out 750 to 900 horsepower.

Where did you brother race?
