 I have a Shee that has been running like a scolded dog for years. All of a sudden last year it started to cut out on the top end after it is warm. I replaced the following parts to no avail, Coil, Stator, CDI, Rings, replaced the TORS, and I tried to re jet. It runs great when you first get on and ride but after about 20min. of hard riding it starts to cut out on the top end only. If you stop and let it cool for about 30min. it will start to run good again until it warms up. I am at the end of my rope and I need a little help to get back on the right track. I welcome any info that I can get. Thank you

heres a few things to check, make sure you rwater pump is working and it is infact cooling whenever it's warm and it's not overheat. if this is ok, you did put a new head gasket when doing the rings rite?

it sounds more like carb issues to me. like it sat and has bad gas and you're sucking shit up in your high speed jets and letting it idle is clearing it out, the bowls looked fine when you rejetted? did you drain the gas and put new gas? are you running a inline filter? it could also be a airleak, spray starting fluid all around the carbs and reeds to make sure you're not getting a airleak when it warms up.

I never let it set for more that a month. I did rebuild the carbs and sonic cleaned them. After that and a rejet it seemed to get better for a short while, meaning that it took a little longer before it started to cut out.

I am running a cool head and I did replace all of the o-rings when I did the ring job. Inspected all of the boots looking for a breakdown where it would be leaking but I never sprayed it with the starter fluid. I will give that a shot. I did think that it was an electrical breakdown so I waited until it started to do it's thing and sprayed compressed cold air around the electrical items looking for some indication but got nothing.
