michigan_soler Posted August 19, 2009 Author Report Posted August 19, 2009 i'm still looking around for the paper, i just moved back to michigan and everything is a mess... i told him its for sand, stock with K&N filter, T5s with Sparky's on them. its for right by the water and has tors removed. at 700-800 feet. im no where saying he sent me the wrong parts, just that ive lost my mind. Rodneya Posted August 19, 2009 Report Posted August 19, 2009 open your carbs and look what jets are in there. If it is 220 you are lucky you didn't fry your motor. Stock motor with K&N with snorkel off and T5's will need 280 to 300 mains Quote

Oh I understand, I thought you prolly just forgot! Check it out, and if not grab some 290's or 300's and try them with no lid, with lid 280-290 Quote
michigan_soler Posted August 21, 2009 Author Report Posted August 21, 2009 what snorkel are you guys talking about i'll be up there on saturday, so i'll check them. any easy way to pull them out without having to take everything off. Quote
Larry's Shee Posted August 21, 2009 Report Posted August 21, 2009 Snorkel is rubber tube from air box lid to up under tank, 4-5in long. Quote
TurboBanshee420 Posted August 21, 2009 Report Posted August 21, 2009 (edited) agreed.... no lid, those pipes should be 260 and above on the mains. Your elevation..should start with 280's or 300's to be safe Edited August 21, 2009 by TurboBanshee420 Quote
michigan_soler Posted August 21, 2009 Author Report Posted August 21, 2009 (edited) they probably are 300+ because i told jeff (i think thats his name) at fast that i wanted it as safe as possible. it doesn't have the air filter box, just the filter. ive been looking at pics of banshees to see what is different with mine from most peoples.
