stroking
This thing is pissing me off,the ball keeps getting welded to the rod....wicked atv said they have a fix for it,but someone told me they don't work either........anyone got a link to some kind of bearing kit or something that will solve this problem. i've got 3 banshees in the shop that all have problems with it the one with the lockup is the worst one. and does a lockup need special springs to work or can the springs from any clutch kit work ? Stomp77
If you pull in the clutch and coast you WILL weld the pushrod to the bearing. Ask me how I know :geek: Just try to keep from pulling in the clutch and Coasting, downshift and stay on the gear instead. It helps a lot.... billy d
vitos maybe a little cheaper...but the one jeff sells has the allen head in the center...much easier to adjust...and hes a sponser what the hell is wrong with you...LOL
_Hex*
all you have to do is set the clutch lever to about half adjustment, then adjust the center screw on the pressure plate then screw down two springs opposing each other and make sure you have about 3/4 inch of play in the perch

Bansh-eman
it usually get so stiff you cant squeeze it. The Cascade pancake is actually made by Packard. The allen head is the way to go.
