    did you find a set of oof pipes? ive got a set of racers edge chrome...2 out stator side...beautiful pipes...but they have the little hole near neck because i run a EGT...can be welded closed with stainless and not seen...

    check the eccentric bolt that centers the shift shaft...behind clutch basket....

    huge...got a buddy with same setup...he wouldnt buy bigger carbs..any ways elevation 2500 ft he is running 420 jets and reads good...you probably should start 440

    vitos maybe a little cheaper...but the one jeff sells has the allen head in the center...much easier to adjust...and hes a sponser what the hell is wrong with you...LOL

    yes...but have you removed the pilots and cleaned them completely...if you have to choke it you need more fuel...and the 27.5 should be plenty big

    one more thought...make sure your spark plug cap wires are good and not rusty or broken

    ive had stator windings ohm good and still be be bad...if you have another winding...try swapping it out...be sure to check your ground wires...have you got a ground from coils to motor case?

    yep...pivot bearings would be my guess also!!!
