They are .020 over and have .004 of wear so the will need to be bored, stock porting. If he doesn't take them they will be $215 shipped. Engine & Trans Carbs with tors $55 Cases $130 ( The top half has been repaired due to chain break, did not break the trans just the flange. They have a clean up port, they did not cut into them very much, just cleaned the sharp edges.) Clutch Actuator $15 Clutch Basket $60 ( Inner hub and pressure plate are in great shape, outer hub has some dogging and the cushions are worn, nas about 1/4" of play.) Clutch Set $15 ( Used OEM style with the dampners, look like they have some life left, figure they would get somebody out of a jamb.) Clutch Side Cover $35 Crank Shaft OEM $160 ( Was told it was rebuilt a couple years ago. Bearings are tight and turn smooth, side gap on rods is <.040 .) Cylinder Head $20 ( Nice, no pits or gouges in the domes.) Gear Sets $75 ( 2 sets, 2nd gear is shot on both primarys nad on one of the secondarys, all the others are good.) Kick Gear $15 Overflow Bottle $10 Mag Side Cover $20 Radiator with hoses $25 Shift Drum with Forks $30 Water Impeller $15 Electrical CDI Box & Regulator $50 Coil $15 Flywheel $35 ( Did not come off this crank, came from a guy on here. It is a little beat up but still usable.) Headlights $50 ( Each has one of the little corners boke, on the grills.) Key Switch $30 Kill Switch $20 Stator $50 Wire Harness $25 Plastic Fuel Tank $25 ( Will seperate petcock if thats all anybody wants.) Rear Fender $65 ( Has scuffs and scratches and could use some scrubbing. No cracks.) Tank & Rad Cover $35 ( As you can see they are sun faded but no cracks or stress marks.) Suspension A-Arms $50 ( Threads on ball joints are not perfect but nuts go on with out cross threading or stripping. Ball joints are tight and bushings did not have any play.) Front Weel Hubs & Spindles $55 Front Shocks $40 J-Arms $40 ( Threads on ball joints are not perfect but nuts go on with out cross threading or stripping. Ball joints are tight and bushings did have a little bit of play.) Rear Shock & Dog Bone $50 Everything Else J-Arm Frame $50 ( Pickup only, unless you want a shipping quote and I know it wont be pretty.) DG Nerf Bars $45 ( Old steel style, one of the web tabs is broke and webs will need replaced. Otherwise the are in pretty good shape, no hardware.) Rear Brake Caliper & Master Cylinder $65 ( Brake Pads look like new, must be EBC Greenstuff, only green pads I've ever seen.) Rear Grab Bar & Light $15 Sprocket Hub & 45 Tooth $20 ( The sprocket thats still on the hub in the pic is junk, the 45 is like new.) Thumb Throttle $25 Tires 20x11x9 RAZR's $50 ( I will have to weigh them to get a shipping price.) Thanks for looking.
