no airbox lid, outerwears cover

if i already have a k & n air filter with stock lid on bike with no snorkel, will it benefit me to remove the lid completely? am i losing performance keeping it on? i do a lot of trail riding, so would it be better to buy this?

more air in = more power.You'll have to rejet for it.If you can get rid of the lid,do it.do you have the billet adapter for your k&N?

no. just a k & n filter. no snorkel. already max jetted. 300 main and 27.5 pilot. im very interested in your lid.

doesnt taht kinda defeat eh purpose of the aftermarket lid??? if i were you get some really small screen and wrap it with the panthose once then tack it over teh top of the box without the cover on it... will keep dirt out and not restrict it s much as what you got

id say just kepp your stock airlid on and cut holes in it and put some nylons underneath the lid to keep shit from gettin in there
