cb6979 Posted May 17, 2009 Report Posted May 17, 2009 I JUST now got my quad/trailer clean, and I've been home for 2 hours. After 2 car wash powerwashes, and a big hose job....it's getting close to clean. Same here. I have a 4000psi washer and it took 3 hours to clean two trucks, two quads, 2 bikes, and a trailer. BTW does anyone know that kid who rolled his quad. Any word how he is??? He didn't look good. Quote

BTW does anyone know that kid who rolled his quad. Any word how he is??? He didn't look good. Last I heard before I left was a possible dislocated hip...he was alert, and actually crying out in pain. Which was good considering how it started. I've been praying for him. Cant wait to see your pics. Quote
JasonsBanshee Posted May 17, 2009 Report Posted May 17, 2009 Had a blast but that mud is ruthless! It's like glue or putty. It is so sticky. My bike is still dirty, I cleaned it a little and gave up. LOL I'll get it tomorrow. I'll post my pics here in a few. Quote
run Posted May 17, 2009 Author Report Posted May 17, 2009 who rolled? was it a banshee? no, it wasnt a banshee. It was the 400EX that was the newer version, that looks like the 450r. It was a pretty nasty spill. Quote

RollinRhino Posted May 17, 2009 Report Posted May 17, 2009 I take it no one will be around tomorrow? I will be tacky dirt to say the least. I probably will bring my CR and run the track. Quote
JasonsBanshee Posted May 17, 2009 Report Posted May 17, 2009 Bet you're wishing it looked like it does in your sig right about now. You have no idea! I'm taking today out to clean the Banshee and my truck. Quote
Keyser Soze Posted May 17, 2009 Report Posted May 17, 2009 Probably some decent riding out at Haspin today. I hope that guy who rolled is ATV is ok. Expensive trip for me. My cases might be ok for the rest of the season, no puddle in my garage. Quote
cb6979 Posted May 17, 2009 Report Posted May 17, 2009 From what I saw the kid was drag racing and his front right tire ran up on someone else's rear left, which flipped the bike to the left with him still on it. The nerf bar hit him in the lower back. By the time I got there, his was out like a light. His eyes were rolled back in his head. It was a bad wreck indeed. I just glad he could move his feet and legs. Best wishes to him and his family!!!! I'm uploading my pics now. Will post up when done Quote
RollinRhino Posted May 17, 2009 Report Posted May 17, 2009 I'm on my way out there now and will ride for a few hours. I know the trails will be wet but the track should be dry. Also the little track has ATV races which are fun to watch if the place is too unridable. Quote

JasonsBanshee Posted May 18, 2009 Report Posted May 18, 2009 That was the worst wreck I've ever seen on a quad. For anyone who didn't see it, he got tangled with another quad or two which put him sideways rolling twice with him still on it. It crushed him two times knocking him out cold. He's in my prayers, I hope he has a speedy recovery. Just a question, why did the medics cut half way up one of his pant's leg? Quote
