official_style Posted April 15, 2009 Report Posted April 15, 2009 for standard tires, it seems like the most popular size is 20x11x9 which is what i run on all of my bikes. i was looking at paddles from motosport and ronniesmailorder, it seems the most popular size is 21x11x9, is this what size all you guys are running? im running stock gearing. i was looking at the kenda paddles, they are the cheapest, are they any good? official_style Posted April 15, 2009 Author Report Posted April 15, 2009 went with kenda dune runners, got a set of the rears for my 2 banshees, on rims for like 355 shipped. Quote
Dinner Posted April 15, 2009 Report Posted April 15, 2009 Sounds like a pretty good deal. What size did you end up going with? Quote
official_style Posted April 16, 2009 Author Report Posted April 16, 2009 they only come in 22s, so i went with 22x11x9 on douglas .190s for the 97 and on black itp .190s for the 06. i was going to get the geckos, but from reading up, seems like everyone likes haulers, and the dune runners seem similar. jbooker82 Posted April 16, 2009 Report Posted April 16, 2009 For just normal riding I would have went with a 20 in tall tire. I run 20x10x10 9 paddle extreems on my banshee. Quote
official_style Posted April 16, 2009 Author Report Posted April 16, 2009 paddles look sick! i want the fronts too, but cant afford to buy them right now. kenda only has the dune runners in 22" for some reason. Quote
jbooker82 Posted April 16, 2009 Report Posted April 16, 2009 The Sand Star fronts work awesome. They have 2 ribs down the middle that point slightly out. That way they dont role under and not work as good. They steer very well. Quote
