2 STROKIN' Posted April 12, 2009 Report Posted April 12, 2009 Got mine from Cascade, I'm sure there's others. (There's a pin and a snap ring, don't yank it off !!) GET A MANUAL!! Quote
brian Posted April 12, 2009 Report Posted April 12, 2009 I would just replace it with a stock impeller. Some people have had quite a bit of trouble with billet impellers. The problem is that the billet impeller is aluminum and the cover is also aluminum. That combination of aluminum rubbing directly on aluminum is not great. Quote

RagunCajun Posted April 12, 2009 Report Posted April 12, 2009 I went with a Vito's impeller because the other brand RJATV.com had was about twice the price. Quote
Sandfrk33 Posted April 12, 2009 Report Posted April 12, 2009 I used the pro design impeller. No problems. I also put the pro design pump cover with a drain plug in it. Easier than pulling a hose off. Quote
rubberneck Posted April 12, 2009 Report Posted April 12, 2009 I have prodesign impellars in 2 bikes, no problems yet. Only about a year old on 1 and 1.5 years on the other though. I think as long as you dont get 1 of the modquad units iwth the aluminum shafts you are fine. And yeah, if you can stomach the price, the prodesign cover is nice come maintenance time. Quote
