I have a customer who ordered a swingarm from them 3 weeks ago now. We got the carrier and brake plate, but no swingarm. We have heard from Eduardo, and he keeps saying we will ship it this time, and has said it 3 times now. Still no swingarm, and he called the sutomers house this morning, then hung up on the customers dad. Anyone had trouble with them lately or know how to get them to send this swingarm that they have the money for already?

I wouldn't buy shit off that company....I called months and months ago about a subframe....He answered the phone in spanish, then after I ask if he still has them in stock and a price, he tells me "you think i know they are on my website look on there" :::CLICK::: i'm thinking ok ill never buy anything of yours ever!

I dont mess around when it comes to good general business ethics.

If I get messed with I would not hesitate to start up a law suit.

 

 

Id even drive down to the city where the business was located and have the Sherrif serve his ass personally.

Id then sue him for the gas money and hotel fees while I waited for my money back.

 

That will break him from sucking eggs.

One final thing :

I would also do all coorespondance through E-mail and save copys of all of it.

Telephone messages are hard to prove that anything was said unless its recorded.

podos is a joke.. my brother ordered a swingarm from them a long time ago. it was supposed to be new and it came looking all fucked up. the chrome looked like shit. he sent it back.
