I just wanted to take a quick minute to introduce myself to everyone here. I have been lurking these Forums for the last couple weeks, reading threads and getting ideas for my first Banshee Project. I am from Wichita, Ks. but grew up in Oklahoma around Grand Lake. Now for what we are all really interested in my Shee. I recently picked up a Early 1990 J-Arm Shee. It looks fairly stock all Original Plastics (just finished removing the original decals and other random stickers) The front fenders have been cut but it was a real hack job so I am in the process of fixing them up a little. The bike does sport a set of Toomey T-5's and has been bored to either 20 or 30 over the last owner wasn't sure. The frame has been powder coated red. When I picked up the bike it wasn't running and hadn't ran in 2.5 years but that didn't last long. I have it running now pretty good and it does start on the first kit. All the TORS crap has been removed. The only minor problem it does have at this point is the Choke will not stay out in any position but so far I haven't need it, so if anyone has any suggestions on a Fix for that I am all ears. Oh and it does sport the ever popular Boost Bottle.

I may make it down for the Snake Hunt this year but probably not on the Shee, my friends and I normally ride our Harley's down and hang out in down near the bar. I do have paddles for the bike I need to do some shake down runs locally to make sure everything is in order and get some saddle time so I don't look like an ass at Little Sahara. I really have been enjoying all the quality responses in the forums I have read and look forward to being a member of this community.

Thanks Zik (aka Brian)
