Do not ride with em like that, axle will whollow out ur carrier and u will have to buy a new one cuz the bearings wont fit. Quote
bansheefreak Posted February 27, 2009 Report Posted February 27, 2009 sounds like axle bearings.. with quad sitting there grab the grab bar and wiggle quad side to side and see if there is movement around the bearings and axle... easy to check them.. could be just a lose axle nut too but doubt it Quote
gerry Posted February 27, 2009 Report Posted February 27, 2009 bearing in carrier i had the same thing happen Quote
lokisbuddy Posted February 27, 2009 Report Posted February 27, 2009 I would change them now before it is too late. I just changed mine in the nick of time. If you need some I would check out ebay seller Racegirlsrock thats where I got mine from. Quote

Any bearing house will have them, probably cheaper then you can get them shipped from anywhere. You just have to measure the ID, OD and width. Measurements are in mm if your wondering. SP Quote
Dirty Sanchez Posted February 28, 2009 Report Posted February 28, 2009 Do a search on this subject. A while back someone posted the Napa numbers for the bearing and seals for the carrier. May be something to look into. Possibly cheaper and closer to home. Quote
