Rodneya Posted February 26, 2009 Report Posted February 26, 2009 I read a while back that you can remove white stress marks from blue plastics with a heat gun. Do you just heat it up until the white goes away, or is there a trick or two to getting it right. Quote
MistBanshee Posted February 26, 2009 Report Posted February 26, 2009 Heat gun works perfect. Just move the heat gun back and forth and don't leave in one spot for long but that is obvious. Just heat till the white goes away, quick and easy. Good luck Quote
ban99 Posted February 26, 2009 Report Posted February 26, 2009 Just as MistBanshee said, only I have found that it sometimes takes several times of heating it up and letting it cool down to get the white marks out. Don't know what it is about the blue plastics but they are by far the worst for showing stress marks. Quote

fasstbanshee Posted February 26, 2009 Report Posted February 26, 2009 use the heat gun on the underside of the plastic if you can it works great Quote
