I am wondering if anyone has access to a dealer pricing list for Cylinder Works cylinder kits? I think my dealer is trying to hose me a bit by trying to sell me a kit at "dealer cost" but will not let me see the sheet. I would also like to see their other products as well anyway. You can PM me if you like.

Also, I was curious what pistons they use? Nobody seems to know, just wants to sell a kit.

You are looking at the wrong Kit. The only kits worth having are cast and built by JSR Performance (NMotion used to have these cylinders but sold out to JSR). Call John at 316-733-1936 and he can hook you up. Depending on what compression you want to run he has the pistons and cylinders in stock ready to go and can build a YFZ to a 535 if I am not mistaken. They are the only big bore motor builders as far as the 4 pokes go and don't listen to anyone else you can make some good power out of the YFZ big bore motors you just need to know the right combo of cylinder, cam, and other mods and JSR can help you with that info.

Tell John his little fat buddy sent you.

So nobody else can build a big bore kit except him? :whistling: Come on now. Can you really compare a casted cylinder to a billet one?

I have used a cylinder works jug before without issues. They are casted too though. Where are JSRs cylinders made?

Lol, Loco...

I'd agree along the lines of what Loco said about overheating and power gains...from what I have heard they aren't worth the trouble...you'll lose a good amount of reliability...

CW had problems with their cylinders when they came out, they soon pulled them off the market becasue 3 out or 4 were cracking. CW recenly released the redesigned cylinder. you can get this just for 210 from woodwardspecialties.com you should run a CP piston with the kit. only piston worth running in my opinion. nmotion/ JSR makes awesome jugs. athena also makes a good jug but is .030 shorter and more needs to be takin account for when using one. ice cube/maxpower also just redesigned their jug.
