If your in Kansas its like 24 degrees here right now. Who ported your bike, might ask them? I would say stay with the 350s till it warms up a bit or start taking it down SLOWLY till your plug chops say your good. Cold weather is Taboo for new 2 stroke motors!! As for vibration, may want to check mounts, check flywheel, and check carb sync. Quote

AKheathen Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 the things to look at are carb sync, misfire-like pickup gap/flywheel, and compression imballance. if the porting specs don't match, or chamber size/squish is off, it'll throw out a pretty good vibration, especially free-reving...
