Keyser Soze Posted February 26, 2009 Report Posted February 26, 2009 I wouldn't go to haspin when its raining.....but would it make a difference on the sand (pea gravel) Quote
RollinRhino Posted February 26, 2009 Report Posted February 26, 2009 Rain would rule out the trails and the MX track. The sand there is okay, but the wet sand slows you down in the bottom areas. Quote

87sheerips Posted February 26, 2009 Report Posted February 26, 2009 I don't mind water/mud in the summer, but my shee hates it. I can't go through 8 inches of water.I think the chain gets wet and flings it right into my left carb. (the outerwear gets clogged with dirt and water) I wonder if anyone has constructed a shield for this. Im actually going to try and bust out an aluminum air box for us with pods. If I get it done in time, I will bring a few down! Who cares about the weather, these machines are made to RIDE, they invented powerwashers for a reason LOL... -JD Quote

JasonsBanshee Posted February 27, 2009 Author Report Posted February 27, 2009 Weather.com is saying 42 and mostly sunny for March7th in Attica. That's perfect but I'd say it'll change again. Quote
RollinRhino Posted February 27, 2009 Report Posted February 27, 2009 Like I said.......I'll ride under any condition except rain. I might melt you know. Quote
dragbanshee Posted February 27, 2009 Report Posted February 27, 2009 The 40s is perfect riding weather, with your gear on. May be a little chilly in the morning but we'll forget all about that once we start hitting the Rs. Maybe hit the trails in the early morning before the shit starts thawling out. Quote
